Worst Hotel like old Dharamshala in Shirdi

Rooms in this hotel are one of the worst I have seen in my life. It is being maintained in one of the worst ways and not professionally managed. The minor un-trained children provide un-professional service at the hotel. I Booked my stay for two days at the hotel on 19th and 20th April, 2023 but had to shift to other hotel within one hour looking to the condition of the hotel. Although, the hotel is situated close to Sai Baba temple, but provide nothing to the guests. The bed sheets and other furniture/ fixture items are stained with oil and paan peek. The blankets are looking as never washed. The management of the hotel looks not interested to improve the conditions of the hotel. It can be rated with the facilities provided by old Dharamshala. It will be better to stay at a temple or old Dharamshala rather to stay in this hotel. I wonder how the property is rated 2 Star. The property is not worth living.

Even 1 star is too much for this hotel. 1. Zero hospitality. 2. Broken toilet seat. 3. No extra bed sheets and towels available. They will even deny to give you extra towel or will manage it from neighboring hotel. Even all the time towels were not fresh and stinking. 4. No wi-fi works (They turn-off in the night) 5. The reception manager (Named BABA) says that we do not offer these many services when asked him to either change the room or to rectify the issues. 6. Reception manager don't even know how to talk with ladies in a well mannered way. 7. Hotel charged 1500 for AC room for which no one with these kind of services will not pay more than 700. 8. They don't have their own restaurant. They will get food from near-by dhaba. Pathetic hotel and services. Will not recommend. Go on your risk.

Hotel nearby temple, Decent rooms and good hotel staff

It is nearby temple only 5 mins walking distance from hotel. Room allocated was double bed with extra child bed. Room was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was hot water timings are bit odd. They provide hot water till 9 am only. Free wifi was offered but it didn't work well anyhow television was there so we move along with it. Overall its a mid range hotel suitable for families and good supportive staff. Dining restaurant is not available but we can eat from the room itself by ordering to help desk. You can book local taxi from the help desk for local sight seeing and charges also decent. There are many restaurants near by where you can enjoy varieties of food especially Andhra food.
